The Mason Community Band, based in Mason, Ohio, provides an opportunity for amateur musicians to enhance the cultural arts of our local community and to provide an outlet for those who wish to participate in a concert/symphonic band.

The band consists of approximately 80 volunteer musicians with varying degrees of talent and skill who get together for the sheer enjoyment of playing music. The band operates on a year round basis except for a break during the month of September. Traditionally, concerts are performed at the local Pine Hill Lakes 'Concert in the Park' in July, the 'Mason Heritage Festival' in August, at the Mason Middle School auditorium in February and on special occasions in the Mason High School auditorium. All performances are free to the general public.

The Mason Community Band also includes smaller ensembles including the 'Brass Choir', a Dixieland combo called the 'Dixie Ramblers' and the 'Pep Band'. The Brass Choir and the Dixie Ramblers perform at special functions during the year and the Pep Band performs at select Mason High School boys and girls basketball games during the school year.
